In general, it is possible to participate in the retreats completely at Rosenwaldhof or externally via stream (zoom).

Offered are:

Open Retreats: For all those who would like to get to know Dr. Shrikrishna or are specifically interested in a topic.
Intensive Retreats: For long-time students of Dr. Shrikrishna with a focus on pranayama practice.
Patanjali Retreat: For long-time students of Dr. Shrikrishna in a closed group focusing on Patanjali.
Online Sunday Meetings: For all students who have participated in at least one retreat by Dr. Shrikrishna.
Pranayama further education: New Pranayama further education from 2024 with 3 week retreats & 2 weekends.

If you participate externally, please be present for all sessions. Continuous external participation only in the morning practices and/or the evening mantra chanting is also possible for former participants. Please discuss this with us beforehand.

Online Sunday meetings

Outside the retreat phases, all previous students have the opportunity to take part in a Zoom meeting with Dr. Shrikrishna once a month. Shrikrishna gives a short talk for inspiration or questions can be asked on any topic (please in writing in advance), the answers to which can be translated into German on request. There will also be a joint practice (in English).

Participation is free of charge.
