There is the possibility to prefix an Ayurveda cure in the Yogasudha in Kerala (20.09. - 07.10.2023) - in a medically and logistically very recommendable facility: https://vedasudha.ch.
Very good, but not quite cheap, the period cannot be shortened either, but can be extended to 21 days (16.9. - 07.10.2023). We pass on the prices unchanged: CHF 129 per person and day in a single room and CHF 109 per person and day in a double room.
If you book this, they will pick you up at the airport in Kochi and bring you back if necessary.
If you are interested in this, you would also have to register this with us already now, because it is booked out there in advance for a long time. They are keeping a contingent free for us for a short time.

Otherwise, we are still working on an alternative optional additional programme of 10 days each before and after the retreats.
